These pages contain computer copies of the HRS Walks Slips, together with information about the walks grading system.  Two different versions are available, depending on whether or not you have Microsoft Word in your computer and are happy using it to complete the forms:

•  Everyone else, including anyone wanting hard copies for hand-filling, click here

Please could Walk Leaders check that, before submitting a walk slip, all the required information is present and accurate, particularly:

•  The grid reference (including grid letters—shown on all OS maps in the Grid Ref System panel)
•  The accurate length of the walk
•  Whether it is "Meet Leader at Trinity" or "Meet Leader at start".
